Yes, if a courier wants to use a bicycle for work, he/she must get his/her own bicycle. However, he can use the bikesharing facilities in his city. Fleets do not provide company bicycles, only company cars.
The partner courier on the bike or scooter carries his/her bag on his/her back.
Changes for the following week are always posted on Tuesdays.
Foodora does not provide any vehicles to couriers. If a courier does not have his/her own vehicle, he/she can work under a fleet that offers the possibility to work on a company vehicle.
The contract is signed for an indefinite period with 1 month`s notice.
We have a guarantee in the cities of Trenčín, Prievidza, Nové Zámky, Trnava, Liptovský Mikuláš, Banská Bystrica, Zvolen, Martin. The guarantee is conditional on an acceptance rate of 95%.
The standard operating hours for couriers and restaurants are from 10:00 - 22:00, in Bratislava from 8:00.
The courier is responsible for his/her behaviour and pays any fines out of his/her own funds.
When delivering by car, the new courier receives 2 thermo bags (1 car bag which is primarily used for most orders and 1 pizza bag). A cyclist, scooterist or scooterist receives one bike bag. Each courier also receives 2 t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a jacket (if everything is in stock). A refundable deposit is paid for the equipment.
Once a month and always on the 15th day of the calendar month. Couriers are also provided with a free Advanto service which allows them to withdraw 90% of earnings on a daily basis.
No, the partner courier must have a business license written in his/her own name to prevent misuse of data and to prevent attempts to create private fleets.

Yes, a change of contract is possible and will always take place on the first day of the month
